  • Account information: your name and email address (provided during sign-up).
  • Product URLs: Amazon product links you choose to track.
  • Preferences: your country, currency, and notification settings.
  • Usage data: which features you use and how often (for improving the service).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To track product prices and shipping status on your behalf.
  • To send you price and free-shipping alerts via email.
  • To process subscription payments (handled by Stripe).
  • To improve our scraping accuracy and alert quality.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

  • Stripe — for processing subscription payments.
  • Oxylabs — to fetch product pricing data from Amazon (we send them product URLs only).
  • Amazon Associates — if you use the affiliate tag feature (Business plan), your tag is appended to links you share.

4. Data Retention

We retain your tracked products and price history for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR/CCPA, you have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security policies. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

1. Service Description

Shipico is a price and shipping monitoring service for Amazon products. We provide alerts when tracked products qualify for free shipping or meet price targets. We do not guarantee that any product will reach a specific price or shipping status.

2. Acceptable Use

  • You may track products for personal or business use.
  • You may not abuse the scraping system (excessive manual checks, automated scripts).
  • You may not resell or redistribute scraped data.
  • You are responsible for the Amazon links you track.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe until cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Free plan items expire after 30 days of tracking.
  • Manual check credits reset on the 1st of each month.

4. Amazon Associates Disclosure

Shipico is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program for Business plan users who provide their own affiliate tag. We do not earn commissions on links clicked by free, pro, or plus users. Business plan users earn commissions through their own affiliate tags on their shared collection pages.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shipico is provided "as is." We are not liable for missed alerts, inaccurate pricing data, or any purchasing decisions made based on our alerts. Price and shipping data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed or inaccurate.
